Earlier this year, the Chair of Dubai developer Union Properties stated that their firm looks forward to this year being better than 2009. He further stated that the company will center on marketing some of its benefits to assist in paying debits. During an interview, the Chair, Khalid bin Kalban, told reporters about his positive outlook for 2010 stating, “We are in a much better position today than September.” Kalban earlier informed Al-Arabiya television that the company held a strong financial position to drive proceeds.
