The Bank of America Corporation has five major board members.
Kenneth D. Lewis is the president and chief executive officer of Countrywide Financial Corporation. Lewis has been Bank of America Corporation’s president since July 1, 2004 and from October 1999 to April 2001, he served as the bank’s chief operating officer. He acts as president and chief executive officer of Bank of America N.A., a Bank of America subsidiary. Lewis likewise acts as president of Bank of America Canada, he also serves as the president.
Thomas M. Ryan has been CVS Corporation’s chief executive officer and chairman of the Board since April 1999 and its president since 2000. Ryan has also been CVS Caremark Corporation’s chief executive officer and president since May 1998. At CVS Revco D.S. Inc, he functions as its chief executive officer. He is an Integrated Corporate Relations Inc co-chief executive officer as well as co-establisher. At CVS Pharmacy Inc, Ryan was its president and chief executive officer from 1998 to 1999 and January 1994 to 1999, respectively.
Donald C. Stewart is a Canadian country manager and managing director of Banc of America Securities LLC. Stewart is also the Bank of America Corporation’s principal officer as well as managing director. For the America Securities Canada Corporation of Bank of America Corp (DE), Stewart serves as both director and chairman.
Since January 1, 2007, Joe L. Price has been the Bank of America Corporation’s chief financial officer. Price also functions as chief financial officer of FIA Card Services and Bank of America, North America. He handles the companies’ corporate treasury, finance, investor relations, and corporate investments. Price continues administering Consumer Special Assets, which is the exited businesses’ remaining liquidation. At GCIB Risk, he was appointed management executive from June 2003 to December 2006. He was responsible for managing market, credit, and operational risks related to the trading goods and commercial credit portfolio within the company.
