JP Morgan Chase Board Members

JP Morgan Chase is well respected and highly established in the fields of financial services, commercial and small business banking, asset administration, private equity, and investment banking.

The following are the company’s board members.

Crandall C. Bowles has been a director of JP Morgan Chase since 2006. She has been Springs Industries Incorporated’s chairman since 1998, and board member since 1978. She graduated from Wellesley College and received her MBA from Columbia University.

James S. Crown, president of Henry Crown and Company, has been a director of JP Morgan Chase since 1991. He is the company’s chairman of the Risk Policy Committee and is a member of the Public Responsibility Committee.

William H. Gray, III is the chairman of the Amani Group and has been JP Morgan Chase’s director since 1992. He serves in the Audit Committee and acts as chairman of the Public Responsibility Committee.

Lee R. Raymond, retired chairman and chief executive officer of Exxon Mobil Corp, has worked at JP Morgan Chase as director since 1987. He is the chairman of the Compensation and Management Development Committee and is likewise a member of the Corporate Government and Nominating Committee.

Stephen B. Burke, Comcast Cable Communications Incorporated’s president, has JP Morgan Chase’s director since 2003. He graduated from Colgate University and earned an MBA at Harvard Business School.

James Dimon has been a director of JP Morgan Chase since 2000. He is currently the firm’s chief executive officer and chairman of the board. He is also The College Fund/UNCF’s director.

Laban P. Jackson, Jr. has been JP Morgan Chase’s director since 1993. He is the Audit Committee chairman and currently the chief executive officer of Clear Creek Properties Incorporated. Jackson, a United States Military Academy graduate, is also a Markey Cancer Foundation director.

William C. Weldon is the chairman and CEO of Johnson & Johnson and has been director of JP Morgan since 2005. He is a member of the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee.

David M. Cote is Honeywell International Inc’s CEO and chairman and has been director of JP Morgan since 2007. He attended the University of New Hampshire, where he received a Business Administration degree, and Pepperdine University, where he earned his Juris Doctor.

Ellen V. Futter, president and trustee of the American Museum of Natural History, has been a board director of JP Morgan since 1997. She is also a member of the Public Responsibility Committee and Risk Policy Committee.

David C. Novak, CEO and chairman of Yum! Brands Incorporated, has been JP Morgan Chase’s director since 2001. He was also Group President and CEO of franchised restaurants like KFC and Pizza Hut, North America.
