Comdata Corporation is a top business-to-business supplier of inventive electronic payment services. With a role as processor and issuer, Comdata performs millions of credit card, fleet card, virtual card, and pay card transactions every year.
Recently, it announced its collaboration with 360CardFuel.com, a marketing firm that teams up with petroleum dealers in developing commercial businesses. The deal corresponds to a different approach to green fleet card goods that will allow Comdata to supply conglomerate fuel cards, including the network of fuel and assistance online sites, for 360FuelCard.com consumers. This arrangement allows petroleum vendors to use the Comdata platform in extending profitable fleet programs and, at the same time, influence 360 transactions and advertising programs to develop businesses in the store and at the fuel island.
Comdata’s general manager and senior vice president, Randy Morgan, said that his company’s association with 360FuelCard.com would help both fleets and petroleum promoters boost their ventures. He further said that the support of the reforestation-supporting nonprofit organization called Carbonfund.org also helps highlight Comdata’s rising dedication to environmentally responsible corporate customs and helps fleet consumers in balancing the amount of fuel they use.
In turn, Steve Fowler, 360FuelCard.com’s business development vice president, explained that businesses had to buy fossil fuels for their vehicles, which deliver their products or transport their salespeople. Fowler said that he and 360FuelCard would provide these companies ways to lessen their carbon footprint. In fact, all of the company’s products use recycled materials like recycled plastics. The company also encourages online invoicing and reducing the use of paper.
