A retired Admiral of the U.S. Navy, William Owens is the current Chairman of the Board of Directors of Intelius. He also served as Vice Chairman and Chief CEO of Nortel Networks Corp and also worked for Teledesic LLC, Science Applications International Corp. and Embarq Corp. William Owens has a vast academic background – he graduated with a B.A. degree in Mathematics from the U.S. Naval Academy; a B.A. degree and an M.A. degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Oxford University; and an M.A. degree in Management from George Washington University.
Naveen K. Jain
Naveen Jain has been the CEO and President of Intelius since the company started in January 2003. He is also one of the co-founders. Before founding Intelius, he was the founder and Chairman of the Board of InfoSpace, Inc. He started his career at Microsoft where he worked as a senior executive from 1989 to 1996. Naveen Jain graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (IIT Roorkee) with a B.S. degree in Engineering and a post-graduate degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from XLRI Jamshedpur, School of Business and Human Resources.
William R. Kerr
William Kerr was the former Chief Executive Officer of JSE Partners Inc. He also worked as the Chief Financial Officer of Nortel Networks Corp. During his time with Nortel Networks, he held various executive positions, including Vice President and Treasurer, Vice President and Controller, and Senior Vice President of Finance. William Kerr joined Intelius’ Board of Directors in 2006.
Arthur W. Harrigan
Arthur Harrigan co-founded the law firm Danielson Harrigan Leyh & Tollefson LLP and functions as the firm’s partner. Prior to Danielson Harrigan Leyh & Tollefson, he also practiced law with Lane Powell PC, from 1971 to 1985. He earned his B.A. degree in Intellectual History from Harvard College and received his J.D. from Columbia University Law School. Arthur Harrigan has been a Director for Intelius since January 2006.
Peter W. Currie
Prior to joining the Board of Directors of Intelius, Inc. in June 2007, Peter Currie served as the the Chief Financial Officer of Nortel Networks Corp. from February 2005 to April 2007. He also had a stint with the Royal Bank of Canada from 1997 to 2004. Peter Currie earned his B.A. degree in Economics and his M.B.A. from York University.
Chris Kitze
Chris Kitze’s business experience includes being the former Chairman of the Board of Wine.com, an Internet-based wine retailer. He was also the Chief Executive Officer of Yaga, Inc., as well as NBC Internet. Chris Kitze co-founded Xoom.com and acted as its Chairman of the Board while holding several executive positions from 1996 to 1999. He also served as Lycos’ Vice President of Marketing after Lycos took over Point Communications Corporation. Chris Kitze joined Intelius’ board in September 2007.
