Prior to the HP acquisition of Compaq in May 2002, Lawrence Babbio, Jr. was a director of the latter. He also served as the Vice Chairman and President of Verizon Communications, Inc. Lawrence Babbio, Jr. has been Senior Advisor to the private equity firm Warburg Pincus since June 2007.
Sari M. Baldauf
Sari Baldauf works as a top ranking executive for companies like SanomaWSOY,
F-Secure Corporation, and VIT Corporation. She also worked for Nokia as the company’s Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Networks business group. Apart from her corporate affairs, Ms. Baldauf is involved with Savonlinna Opera Festival as the non-executive chairman of the event.

From 2002 to present, Joel Hyatt has served as the chief Executive Officer of Current Media, LLC. He was also engaged in academics as a Lecturer in Entrepreneurship at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Joel Hyatt is the founder and former Chief Executive Officer of Hyatt Legal Plans.
John R. Joyce
John Joyce served IBM in various roles, including Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Currently, he serves as a Director of Gartner, Inc., Avago Technologies Limited, and Serena Software, Inc. John Joyce has been a member of HP’s Board since 2007.
Robert L. Ryan
Robert Ryan was the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Medtronic, Inc. from 1993 to 2005. Lucille Salhany is the current President and Chief Executive Officer of JHMedia. She also works in partnership with Echo Bridge Entertainment and previously worked with broadcasting companies such as United Paramount Network and Fox. Lucille Salhany was a director of Compaq from 1997 until HP took over in May 2002.
