Board of Directors – Bacardi Limited

Facundo Bacardi

The Chairman of the Board, Facundo Bacardi worked as the company’s Deputy Chairman for three years prior to his current position. He is a member of the Board’s Nominating Committee.

Facundo Bacardi graduated from American University with a degree in Finance and received his J.D. from Emory University Law School.

Seamus McBride

Seamus McBride is the current President and CEO of Bacardi Limited. He was elected to the position on September 1, 2008. Seamus McBride has a total of 30 years experience in the field of marketing, commercial operations and systems.

Jaime Bergel

Mr. Bergel is the founder and the Chairman of Gala Capital. Prior to the creation of Gala in 2004, he was already with Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs. Aside from Bacardi, Jaime Bergel also sits as a member of the Lladro Family and Cintra boards.

Francisco Carrera-Justiz

Francisco Carrera-Justiz is the former Chairman of the Board of Bacardi Limited. He is also the past president and chief executive officer of the Nassau facility. Francisco Carrera-Justiz also made significant donations to various environmental groups such as The Bahamas National Trust.

Toten A. Comas

Toten Comas is the current President of the Spain-based Propiedades Coba, S.A., a commercial real estate development firm. He was also a General Manager for Inversiones Capricornia S.A., a chain of quick service restaurants. Toten Comas was elected to the post in 2006.

Robert J. Corti

Robert Corti has been a director for Activision Blizzard since 2003. He also has over 25 years of experience with Avon Products, a company he has been working for since 1976, when he joined as a tax associate. Robert Corti currently sits as a member of the board for Avon.

Adolfo L. Danguillecourt

Adolfo Danguillecourt is a member of the Bacardi Family. He has served the company’s board since 2001. Currently, Adolfo Danguillecourt is the chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee.

Melanie Liddle Healey

Melanie Healy is the president of Procter and Gamble’s global feminine and health care division. Prior to her current position, she served as an assistant brand manager for S.C. Johnson and Sons. Melanie Healey received her marketing degree from the Robins School of Business.

Barry E. Kabalkin

Barry Kabalkin served as the company’s Executive Vice President until he vacated the position in 2000 to pursue other interests. He was one of those responsible for increasing Bacardi’s profit and sales during a three-year span which ended in March 2000. Barry Kabalkin’s strategies boosted the company’s sales by 12% and its net earnings by 35%.

Roman Martinez

Roman Martinez is the former managing director of Lehman Brothers, the company where he had a career for over 30 years. He is now a private investor with interests in Alliant Techsystems, Inc. and CIGNA Corp.

Guy Peyrelongue

Guy Peyrelongue served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of L’Oreal USA and as Chairman of L’Oreal Canada from 1987 to 2001. Since joining L’Oreal, he has held various positions including that of President for Latin America operations. Guy Peyrelongue has also been a non-executive director for Burberry since 2002.

Philip Shearer

Philip Shearer was named as the new CEO of Clarins Cosmetics. Prior to his recent appointment, Philip Shearer was Clarins’ Executive Vice President.
