August Busch III is the current Chairman of the Executive Committee of Anheuser-Busch Companies, Inc. Known as “The Third,” he is the great grandson of founder Adolphus Busch. August Busch III has been a member of the company’s board of directors since 1963.
August A. Busch IV
August Busch IV is the company’s present President. He also serves as Anheuser-Busch’s Chief Executive Officer. August Busch IV has served as a member of the board of directors since 2006.
James J. Forese
James Forese is the past Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer for IKON Office Solutions, Inc. He also worked as the Operating Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Thayer Hidden Creek, a private equity investment firm. James Forese joined the board in 2003.
James R. Jones
James Jones served as a U.S. Ambassador to Mexico. He was also the Co-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Manatt Jones Global Strategies, LLC, a global consultancy venture. James Jones was elected to the board in 1998.
Vernon R. Loucks, Jr.
Vernon Loucks, Jr. serves as the Chairman of the Board of the Aethena Group, LLC, a health-care merchant banking company. He became a member of Anheuser-Busch’s Board of Directors in 1988.
Vilma S. Martinez
Vilma Martinez currently works for Munger, Tolles & Olson law firm as a Partner. She was introduced to the board in 1983.
William Porter Payne
William Payne is the current Vice Chairman of Gleacher Partners, LLC, an investment banking and asset management company. He joined the board of directors in 1997.
Joyce M. Roché
Joyce Roche is presently the President and Chief Executive Officer of Girls Incorporated, a nonprofit organization. She was elected to the board of directors in 1998.
Henry Hugh Shelton
Gen. Henry Shelton is the former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. He also served as an advisor to Senator John Edwards’ presidential campaign from 2003-2004. The General joined the Board in 2001.
Patrick T. Stokes
Patrick Stokes is the current Chairman of the Board for Anheuser-Busch Companies, Inc. He has been a director of the company since 2000. Patrick Stokes graduated from Boston College in 1964 and received his MBA from Columbia University two years later.
Andrew C. Taylor
Andrew Taylor currently serves Enterprise Rent-A-Car, an international car rental and related services company, as the business group’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Since 1995, he has sat as a member of the board of directors for Anheuser-Busch.
Douglas A. Warner III
Douglas Warner once sat as the Chairman of the Board for investment banking firm J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. He was introduced to the board in 1992. Douglas Warner is best known for spearheading the $30.9 billion sale of J.P. Morgan & Co. to Chase Manhattan Bank in 2000.
Edward E. Whitacre, Jr.
Edward Whiteacre, Jr. is the Chairman Emeritus of AT & T Inc., a telecommunications company with a wide range of communications services. Edward Whiteacre became a director of Anheuser Busch in 1988 and has since served as a member of the board.
