Rob Jones is the President and CEO of the Alliance Group. Prior to his role with the company, he was active in the political scene of his native Virginia. He served as Virginia Governor Gerald Baliles’ Special Assistant and was a member of the law firm Mays & Valentine. For his leadership and contributions to the society before the age of 40, Inside Business magazine gave Rob Jones the prestigious “40 Under 40 Award.”
David Bass
David Bass is the company’s head researcher and communications analyst. His role is primarily providing the Alliance Group team with research, political insight and market analysis. He also works for StatePulse and has been with the online content service provider for seven years. David Bass graduated from University of Richmond with a BA in International Studies with a minor concentration in German.
Liz Bryant
Liz Bryant is an experienced PR professional with over 20 years experience in the media industry. Her career highlights include awards for her achievements as an ABC television affiliate news reporter and anchor. Her line of work entails interacting with both the private and public sectors, and advancing concerns and other events of interests. Liz Bryant earned her B.S. and M.S. in Communications from Virginia Commonwealth University with minor units in Political Science and Criminal Justice.
Meg Coady
Meg Coady is one of the Account Executives of Alliance Group. She was a Fellow in the Office of Governor Timothy Kaine prior to her current position with Alliance Group. She was also involved with the National Student Partnerships. Meg Coady has a vast experience working in a political environment considering her experience working in the Louisiana executive and legislative bodies as an intern to the Lieutenant Governor.
Peter DuMont
Peter DuMont is Alliance Group’s resident IT strategist. His role with the firm involves using the Web applications to forward the interests of their clients. He is also the primary IT expert of StatePulse. A cycling enthusiast, Peter DuMont graduated from the University of Richmond with a Bachelor’s Degree in
English.
Michael Phillips
Michael Phillips’ expertise is in drafting press releases, conducting research, event planning, and customer relations. He has an extensive experience in the media industry. He is also experienced in the areas of research, publication, sales, information technology and desktop publishing. Michael Phillips earned his Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Virginia.
Nicole Pugar
Nicole Pugar functions as the Senior Liaison for the Alliance Group’s Grassroots PR and Government Relations. Her experience includes effective communication and forwarding client interests via the legislative process. She has also worked with political figures – as a member of Congressman John Linder’s Washington DC staff and as a part of the district staff of former U.S. Senator Rick Santorum. Nicole Pugar earned her undergraduate degree from Randolph – Macon College.
