Lorenzo H. Zambrano

Lorenzo Zambrano is the Chairman of the Board of Directors. He has served on the board from 1979 to present. Aside from CEMEX, he also sits as a member of the Board of Directors for IBM, the International Advisory Board of Citigroup, Fomento Económico Mexicano, and several major companies.

Lorenzo Milmo Zambrano

Lorenzo Milmo Zambrano is the first cousin of Lorenzo H. Zambrano, Chairman and CEO of CEMEX. He is the General Director of Inmobiliaria Ermiza, S.A. de C.V. He became a member of the Board in 1977 and has served in the said capacity since.

Armando J. García Segovia

Aside from CEMEX, Armando Garcia Segovia also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Materiales Industriales de Chihuahua, S.A. de C.V., Calhidra y Mortero de Chihuahua, S.A. de C.V., Control Administrativo Mexicano, S.A. de C.V., and Compañía Industrial de Parras, S.A. de C.V. among others. Alfonso Romo Garza

Alfonso Garza is chairman of the board and chief executive officer of Savia. He is also a member of the board of Nacional de Drogas and several organizations. He has been on the CEMEX board since 1995.

Mauricio Zambrano Villarreal

Mauricio Villarreal is the general vice-president of Desarrollo Integrado. He is also the chairman of the board of directors of Empresas Falcón and Trek Associates, Inc. Mauricio Villarreal joined the CEMEX board in 2001.

José Manuel Rincón Gallardo

José Manuel Gallardo is the present chief executive officer of Laredo Autos. He is also the president of the board of directors of Sonoco de México and sits as a member of the board of Grupo Financiero Banamex and Grupo Transportación Ferroviaria Mexicana. José Manuel Gallardo has been with the CEMEX Board since 2003.
